Non-credit payments If you have chosen an alternate payment method (cheque/eTransfer), you are responsible for delivering the payment to NOSA no later than the start date of your course. If this payment is not received by this date, NOSA reserves the right to cancel your registration and open the spot to other registrants. Please pay by eTransfer to purser@vernonsailing.ccm or in person at the start of your class with a cheque to North Okanagan Sailing Association (NOSA) Terms of Service Sailing is an outdoor activity which means we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. The Sailing School will do everything it can to reschedule days lost to inclement weather, extreme smoke, or other events which could cause unforeseen cancellation of sailing days. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund tuition fees nor reschedule past the end of the calendaryear summer. Thank you for your understanding.  Refund Policy Refunds or exchanges must be requested a minimum of 3 days prior to the the start date of your course. A refund may be issued following a conversation with our administrator. In order to request a refund, please contact NOSA at admin@vernonsailing.com or by phone at 250-260-4255  with the order number and registrant name. Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment. NOSA reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange that does not meet the outlined terms. A minimum of $20 will by retained for administrative fees.
